DITOS has a company policy of offers a free trial of up to five images. You are requested to send in the image files at info@ditostech.com. However, if the files are heavy – more than 10 MB, you can send the same using Dropbox or We Transfer.

Yes, there is. You can send the files via File Transfer Protocol (FTP). We offer FTP account to our clients for seamless transfer of photos. And yes, FTP accounts are safe.

There are three ways of getting in touch with us. You can email us at info@ditostech.com or fill up the Contact Form at our website and email us images up to 10 MB in size. You can also get in touch with us on Skype at our ID- Ditostech.

Once we hear from you, we take about 24 hours to understand your requirement and get back to you with a detailed quotation.

The timeframe required to finish a job depends on the number of images that need to be processed and the work of editing required. The standard time taken by DITOS to complete an editing job is usually about 24 hours. However, if there is urgent work or the work’s size is comparatively small, we finish the work and send it back within 6 to 12 hours.

DITOS has a stringent Privacy & Security Policy in place. Also, before the start of work, we ensure that we sign an NDA or a Non-Discloser Agreement to reiterate that your images are safe with us and that we will not share or publish any of the images whatsoever.

Our clients send the edited and processed images back to you in any convenient and desired format. Some of the standard file formats that the photos are sent back include – JPG, TIFF, PSD, PNG, CR2, and more. The images are either emailed to you or sent via FTP, We Transfer, or DropBox.

Corrections are done free of cost, especially if it because we have misunderstood the requirements.

Once you acknowledge the work sent to you as approved, we send you the invoice for payments. You can then decide to pay us on a monthly or weekly basis. We also accept payments via PAYPAL and Wire Transfer.

Yes, you are eligible for a discount on bulk orders. Please get in touch with us and discuss your work requirement.
